The quality checker team is also there that are checking pipes quality according to the quality control norms. This helps in the developing of the perfect quality of pipes.
Testing of the pipes-
The testing of pipes is conducted mandatorily for quality checking of the pipes before it reaches the hand of buyers. The tests that we conducted are positive material identifications test, intergranular corrosion test, pitting resistance test, bend test, flattening test, flaring test, hydrostatic test, etc. Thus no poor quality of pipes is delivered to the buyers.
Test certifications-
We are providing the test certifications to the buyers for assuring all our buyers that we don’t deliver the product filled up of impure substances. The TC offered are namely 100% radiography test report, third party inspection report, mill test certification as per En 10204/3.1b, buyers test report and raw material certificates.
Documenting-
The documents copies are also provided to the buyers as proof of offering the fine quality of pipes to the buyers. Some documents provided are heat treatment chart, quality assurance plan, packaging list, raw material test report, guarantee letter, material traceability report, NABL approved lab test report, commercial invoice, fumigation certificate, etc.
Packaging-
The packaging of ASTM A671 CC70 Class 12, 22, 32 Carbon Steel EFW Pipe when coming to the stage of shipment is done with fullest perfections. It is done for assuring safer and harmless delivering of the pipes. We do the packaging in bundles, wrapping using plastic sheets and in plywood cases.
