Special feature of ASTM A335 P11 Seamless Pipes-
This pipe is a seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipe manufactured by nominal or minimum wall thickness and also put at high pressure. Grades P material is made with chromium and molybdenum. Chromium improves the properties of tensile, yield and hardness making with its high quality of combating oxidation in high-temperature services. Molybdenum helps to improve the quality of pipes which improve hardenability, strengthen the elastic limit, increase the temperature, improve weldability in a certain situation and also reduce brittleness. SA335/A335 is an ASTM standard specification of seamless ferritic alloy steel pipe which is manufactured by high-temperature service.
